2. What we process

If you submit the form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city and any comment you include by email. The notification includes the site language, the mobile or desktop layout, the page you submitted from, the time and the enquiry reference. We use this information to manage your enquiry and respond. The form uses technical checks to prevent abuse.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Delivering and servicing a contracted project: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Complying with tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we will not send you marketing communications without your consent.

4. Retention

If no engagement follows, enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. For contracted projects, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory limitation and retention periods, for example 6 years for accounting records and 4 years for tax purposes.

5. Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. Our e-mail and this website are hosted on servers rented from Contabo GmbH (Germany), within the European Union, acting as processor. No international transfers take place.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@sentido.living and specifying the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that we have not dealt with your request appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access to servers. This website does not use third-party trackers.
